Dagul, since you started this very important topic and I know not of any endeavor to document the travails of the pioneer settlers in preparing the place for the influx of the succeeding settlers, may we appoint you to do this noble task? With the cooperation of pioneer setlers or the old timers,maybe a page in this site can be posted pictures back when Marbel was at its infancy. Maybe some surviving children or grandchildren of these setllers have with them pictures of the old Marbel or of the settlers. I know its a lot of work but it would be a great service to the city of Koronadal and to its citizens if you can do this. Its important to preserve the city's history before it is forever lost.If we were to move forward, it is of great significance that we look back and give honor to the pioneer setlers who sacrificed and labored to make this a better place to live for generations to come. To any college students of Marbel reading,this would be a challenge for you to write the history of Marbel in bookform!
